Kanishia Hill, a Miami native, has always been driven by a passion for education, community, and leadership. Her journey began in the vibrant neighborhoods of Miami, where she attended Crestview Elementary, Parkway Middle School, and graduated with distinction from Miami Norland Senior High.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Kanishia pursued higher education at St. Thomas University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. Throughout her academic journey, she exemplified dedication and excellence, balancing her studies with a pivotal role as the Advancement Coordinator for Advancement Services within the university's Advancement department.

With a strong foundation in leadership and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, Kanishia embarked on a new chapter in 2017 by founding Power 7, Inc. As the visionary behind the company, she brings her years of experience and expertise to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kanishia finds fulfillment in her role as a devoted wife to George Hill, whom she married in 2007, and as a loving mother to their three children, Deja, Samir, and Layla Hill. Family remains at the heart of everything she does, serving as a constant source of inspiration and motivation.

Born and raised amidst the vibrant culture of Miami, Florida, George Hill’s journey embodies a blend of dedication, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit. From his formative years at Santa Clara Elementary, Allapattah Middle, and Miami High School, George demonstrated a keen interest in public safety and security, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.

Fueling his passion, George pursued higher education at Miami Dade College, where he immersed himself in the study of criminal justice. Eager to apply his knowledge in the real world, George wasted no time diving into the workforce, where he swiftly became a beacon of expertise.

Beyond his professional pursuits, George holds a prestigious black belt in Kenpo Karate, a testament to his discipline and commitment to personal growth. Currently serving as the Loss Prevention Manager at Trump National Doral, George ensures the safety and security of both guests and staff with unwavering diligence and expertise.

In addition to his role at Trump National Doral, George is the driving force behind Luxe Personal Chauffeur Service, where he serves as President & CEO. Through this venture, he elevates the standards of luxury transportation, catering to the discerning needs of clients with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Off duty, George finds solace and joy in the embrace of his loving family. Married to Kanishia, he cherishes the moments spent with their three children, Deja, Samir, and Layla, who inspire him to reach new heights each day.

Raven, a native of Miami, Florida, is a multifaceted individual with a passion for both art and education. Her journey began at Crestview Elementary, where her innate talent for artistic expression first blossomed. This passion persisted through Parkway Middle School and culminated in her graduation from Miami Norland Senior High School with the highest honors, summa cum laude.

Eager to share her love of learning and creativity with others, Raven pursued higher education at Florida Memorial University. There, she majored in Elementary Education and minored in Art Education, combining her two passions into a meaningful career path. Raven's dedication to shaping young minds and nurturing their artistic talents led her to become a lead educator at the prestigious Miami Children's Museum, where she engaged with children in innovative and inspiring ways.

Currently, Raven continues to make a difference in the lives of children as a devoted teacher at La Prima Casa. In this role, she not only imparts knowledge but also fosters a love for learning and self-expression among her students. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Raven finds fulfillment in her role as a loving mother to two children and a devoted "dog mom" to her furry companion.

With her unwavering commitment to education, creativity, and nurturing, Raven embodies the essence of a passionate educator and artist, making a positive impact on both her students and the community at large.
